Raw Food Factory Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

Ingredients:
1/4 cup Raw Food Factory cacao powder
1/4 cup coconut oil
2 tbsp Raw Food Factory honey
1/2 tsp Raw Food Factor vanilla extract
1/4 cup Raw Food Factory smooth peanut butter

Method:
1. Use whisk to stir together coconut oil, honey and vanilla.
2. Continue whisking while adding in cacao powder until the chocolate is well blended.
3. Add paper muffin cups to muffin tin.
4. Pour enough chocolate into the cups to coat the bottom. Place muffin tin in freezer for 5-7 minutes.
5. Remove muffin tin from freezer and add a layer of peanut butter on top of the chocolate.
6. Cover each cup with the remaining chocolate to cover the peanut butter and smooth down.
7. Place in the freezer for at least 20 minutes.
8. Remove the paper to serve!
