Christmas Morning Cacao Coconut Pancakes with Maple Syrup!

INGREDIENTS
- 1½ cups Almond Flour
- 2 Tbsp Tapioca Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Tbsp Raw Food Factory Organic Coconut Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 3/4 cup Coconut Milk
- 1 tsp Raw Food Factory Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tbsp Raw Food Factory Organic Cacao Powder
- Raw Food Factory Organic Maple Syrup
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and hand whisk until all ingredients form a batter.
Coat a frying pan with oil and heat on medium heat.
Pour a spoonful of pancake batter onto pan and flip when small bubbles start to form.
Serve with a generous drizzle of maple syrup and any other toppings you choose!
Makes about 6 Pancakes.
